Before opening Facet
Open the ZIP, move Facet to Applications, and launch it. Allow Facet in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility, then return to Facet. If macOS also asks for Input Monitoring, follow that prompt. If the mouse still does not connect, quit and reopen Facet. The five-day trial never requires a payment card.
